As though encapsulated in a cocoon, Melanie rises and emerges to manipulate her shelter like a soaring wave.  Spiraling, trailing, wrapping and spreading, the former cocoon evokes a variety of images such as wings, a veil, a dress and a cloud. An expression of exit and re-entry, Delve seeks to image the innateness of wanting to return.
