Liaison is a work for piano and dancer conceived by Megan Beugger and made in collaboration with dancer/choreographer Melanie Aceto. In this piece, Beugger explores the duality of roles for the dancer as musician and the piano as both provider and inhibitor of sound.  This work questions the primacy of movement vs. sound and the possession of control.
